When I use Handbrake to convert MKV to MP4, the subtitles almost always get messed up and sometimes the program even crashed. Does anyone know how I can get handbrake to properly convert MKV to MP4 or any alternative to Handbrake to convert MKV to MP4 without hassle?

A. Handbrake can’t convert MKV to MP4 with subtitles correctly:
